Liberty Elementary School was built in 1987.

Liberty is a PreK-5th grade school.

It is now the oldest elementary school building in Charlotte County. Hurricane Charley led to the rebuilding of our older schools that were damaged by the storm.

There have been three principal's at our school. Mr. Bob Alwood opened our school in 1987. Following him was Mr. Tom Gifford. And our current principal is Mrs. Sheila Brown.
