Girls 7th period weightlifting
Welcome to weightlifting class! Our goal in this class is to develop a strong foundation for developing strength and confidence in the olympic lifts and powerlifting movements. Throughout this class we will focus on the fundamentals of weight training and making sure that you understand the proper way to lift objects and maximize force production. Weightlifting does not only offer an avenue to getting physically stronger, but teaches onself about mental fortitude and overcoming obstacles that at one point may seem impossible!
