Mission
The Procurement Services primary role is to facilitate the procurement process obtaining the necessary equipment, materials, and services our customers require to support their instructional or administrative programs. Our department strives to maximize district resources by obtaining competitive quotes or bids.

Awarded the Quality Public Procurement Department Accreditation
The QPPD recognizes agencies that lead the public procurement profession through the implementation of best practices. The program is founded on a self-evaluation process using the NIGP Agency Accreditation Criteria Form. Agencies meeting the minimum requirements are QPPD-accredited for three years.

Dollar Limit Purchasing Method Used $2,500.00 - $7,499.99 Originator obtains 3 written quotes $7,500.00 - $50,000.00 Originator must obtain three written quotes and notify Purchasing over $50,000.00 Purchasing issues and manages a formal competitive solicitation Purchases from CCPS Catalog Discount Bid On this web site. May purchase up to $7,500 total purchase. For higher amounts, contact Purchasing.
