I enjoy the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with the next generation of automobile repair specialists and hobbyists alike. My instruction is heavily weighted toward effective customer service and documentation.  These qualities are in demand in the repair field and give new hires an advantage working with customer service personnel and customers. The ability to effectively communicate and articulate the physical repairs to the customer is a large step toward customer satisfaction and an effective repair. Students will study the fundamentals of automotive systems operation and repair techniques. These techniques are practiced in a live shop environment, giving students real world experience to help develop maintenance, diagnostic and physical repair skills.

Students who have participated in our classes leave with a good general understanding of automotive fundamentals and a baseline knowledge of operation and repair. As they gain experience in the field their education will continue.

Robert Collier stated, "Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out."

A student who keeps up with changing technology and strives to continually improve their knowledge will achieve great success.
